Loaded Baked Potato Wedges


  • 1 leftover baked Idaho® potato per person
  • Bacon, to taste
  • Shredded cheddar, to taste
  • Scallions, to taste
  • Sour cream, for serving


  1. Cut potatoes into 8 wedges and deep fry to golden brown.
  2. Toss in salt and pepper.
  3. Top with bacon and cheddar and melt under broiler.
  4. Top with scallions and serve with sour cream on the side.
